Objective
This is a step-by-step guide for ensuring that your customers receive their login details after purchasing a license through an external platform.
Ensure your external platform (e.g., ClickFunnels, Go High Level) is configured to send emails with login details.
Confirm SMTP settings if you're using the built-in email system for sending these details.
Step 2: Create License Email Template
Design an email template in your external platform that includes the login details (username and password) for the customer.
Include a standard password if applicable, especially if you are using an external email system.
Configure automation in your external platform (e.g., Zapier, Make) to trigger the sending of the license email once a payment is confirmed.
Ensure the email contains all necessary details like login credentials and instructions.
Step 4: Turn Off Built-in Email Sending
Log in to your White Label Suite dashboard.
Navigate to the email settings and disable the built-in email sending feature to prevent customers from receiving duplicate emails.
Step 5: Test Email Sending
Perform a test transaction to ensure that the license email is sent correctly.
Verify that customers receive only one email with the login details and that it is sent from the correct system.
Set a standard password for each package if using external systems to simplify including it in your emails.
Update package settings as needed to match the passwords used in your email templates.
