Step 2: Create License Email Template

  • Design an email template in your external platform that includes the login details (username and password) for the customer.

  • Include a standard password if applicable, especially if you are using an external email system.

Step 3: Set Up Automation for License Email

  • Configure automation in your external platform (e.g., Zapier, Make) to trigger the sending of the license email once a payment is confirmed.

  • Ensure the email contains all necessary details like login credentials and instructions.
