Phase One: Assets
This initial phase consists of your onboarding and the collection and creation of your assets. This process takes about a week to complete. Below are your next steps.
Attend your onboarding.
White Label Suite goes to work on creating your landing page, onboarding funnel, workflows, and White Label Suite assets.
White Label Suite creates your packages, creates plans for sales, fully brands the lead generation software, and integrates your new HighLevel subaccount.
This phase involves creating and training your sales, voice, and support bots. This process takes about a week to complete.
Completed during this phase is the bot creation and training for:
Ryan - Sales Bot.
Falco - Voice Bot.
Halley - Support Bot.
This final phase focuses on a system quality check, final review, training call, and launch.
Review all systems to ensure bots are fully trained and operational.
Ensure all systems are working together to qualify, close, and support your new customers.
Review with and train you on the new self-selling system we've created for you.
The four bots come fully trained on your business with the Enterprise Plan. They are ready to help qualify and sell your products and services and support those who subscribe to your new lead generation software.
Our team starts by branding the software with your company logo and details. Next, we ensure you can make sales, and have a subscription and account management process in place. Then, we create a landing page that showcases your new software. After that, we create a marketing funnel that helps people learn more about your new software; we call this an On-Demand Demo. Finally, we setup the support system for your new customers, and your new software is ready for business.
White Label Suite provides dedicated support to helping your customers, including managing their subscriptions and tech questions.
The Enterprise Plan requires a signed agreement to perform the setup and support.
