Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Effective Date: March 20, 2026

White Label Suite LLC (“White Label Suite,” “WLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) has established this Minimum Advertised Price Policy (“MAP Policy”) to protect the White Label Suite brand, maintain the value of the White Label Suite platform, support a healthy reseller ecosystem, and provide authorized resellers with the opportunity to compete based on service, expertise, support, implementation, and overall customer value rather than publicly advertised price alone.

This MAP Policy applies to all authorized resellers, partners, agencies, distributors, affiliates where applicable, and other parties authorized to resell, white label, sublicense, package, or otherwise provide customer access to White Label Suite products or services (“Resellers”).

1. Minimum Advertised Price

The minimum advertised price for access to a White Label Suite-powered platform is:

  • Monthly Subscription: $97 per month
  • Annual Subscription: $999 per year

A Reseller may not publicly advertise access to a White Label Suite product, platform, package, plan, or substantially similar White Label Suite-powered offering below the applicable Minimum Advertised Price.

The MAP applies regardless of the name, branding, domain, logo, colors, product name, package name, or other branding used by the Reseller.

White Label Suite may establish different MAP amounts for additional products, plans, features, subscription terms, or reseller programs in the future.

White Label Suite reserves the right to modify its MAP pricing upon reasonable notice to Resellers.

2. MAP Governs Advertising, Not the Final Selling Price

This Policy governs the price that may be publicly advertised.

It does not require a Reseller to sell a White Label Suite-powered product to an individual customer at any particular final price, except where otherwise required by an applicable agreement or law.

Resellers independently determine the final prices charged to their customers.

A Reseller may privately offer, negotiate, discount, or sell access to a White Label Suite-powered product below MAP, provided that the below-MAP price or promotion is not publicly accessible, searchable, indexed, discoverable, or otherwise available to the general public.

3. Permitted Private Below-MAP Offers

Below-MAP pricing is permitted when communicated through a genuinely private sales environment.

Examples include:

  • Private email communications
  • Private text messages
  • Private direct messages
  • Telephone conversations
  • Private Zoom or video calls
  • One-to-one sales conversations
  • Individual proposals or quotations
  • Password-protected pages
  • Private customer portals
  • Private membership communities or networks not available to the general public
  • Private promotional codes or coupon codes
  • Private retention or customer loyalty offers
  • Private offers to existing customers

A private coupon code may reduce the final sales price below MAP provided that the coupon code and resulting below-MAP price are not publicly advertised, published, indexed, or otherwise available to the general public.

4. Publicly Discoverable Pricing

If a below-MAP price can reasonably be located, accessed, searched, indexed, or discovered by the general public online, it will not be considered private for purposes of this Policy.

A Reseller may not characterize an offer as “private” merely because it is located on a separate webpage, hidden URL, unlinked page, public social media group, publicly accessible PDF, public video, public online community, or other location that remains accessible to the general public.

White Label Suite will evaluate the substance and practical availability of an offer rather than the label placed on it by the Reseller.

5. What Is Considered Advertising?

For purposes of this Policy, advertising includes public or publicly discoverable communications that communicate, display, imply, or make readily calculable a price for a White Label Suite-powered offering.

Advertising includes, but is not limited to:

  • Websites
  • Landing pages
  • Sales funnels
  • Pricing pages
  • Online stores
  • Checkout pages visible before a private transaction begins
  • Search engine advertisements
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook advertisements
  • Instagram advertisements
  • Social media posts
  • Public Facebook groups
  • YouTube videos and descriptions
  • TikTok content
  • LinkedIn content
  • Online marketplaces
  • Public communities or forums
  • Blogs
  • Press releases
  • Public webinars
  • Publicly accessible videos
  • Digital advertising
  • Printed advertising
  • Affiliate pages
  • Public promotional materials
  • Publicly accessible PDFs
  • Coupon websites
  • Deal websites
  • Comparison websites
  • Marketplace listings
  • Any other publicly accessible medium through which pricing may be communicated or discovered

6. Effective Advertised Price

White Label Suite may consider the effective advertised price of an offer rather than only the dollar amount displayed next to the product.

The value of publicly advertised coupons, rebates, promotional credits, gift cards, free subscription periods, cash-back offers, giveaways, free products, or other financial incentives may be considered when determining the effective advertised price.

A Reseller may not publicly advertise a promotion that has the practical effect of reducing the advertised cost of White Label Suite-powered platform access below MAP.

Examples may include:

  • “First month for $1”
  • “50% off our regular price”
  • “Use code SAVE50”
  • “Buy one month and get two months free”
  • “Get $100 cash back when you subscribe”
  • or another publicly available promotion that results in an effective advertised price below MAP

A discount percentage or publicly available coupon may also violate this Policy if a prospective customer can readily calculate that the resulting price is below MAP.

7. Public Calls to Action Without a Price

Resellers may publicly advertise language such as:

  • “Contact us for special pricing.”
  • “Ask about current promotions.”
  • “Request a custom quote.”
  • “Call for pricing.”
  • “Special pricing available.”
  • “Contact us for partner pricing.”

or similar language without violating MAP, provided that the advertisement does not publicly reveal or make readily calculable a below-MAP price.

The resulting price may then be communicated privately to the prospective customer.

8. Bundled Products and Services

Resellers may bundle White Label Suite-powered platform access with their own legitimate products and services, including:

  • Marketing services
  • Consulting
  • Implementation
  • Training
  • CRM services
  • Automation services
  • Lead generation
  • Advertising management
  • Support
  • Data services
  • Business services
  • or other legitimate products and services

However, a Reseller may not structure or advertise a bundle for the primary purpose of circumventing MAP.

For example, a Reseller may not advertise a nominal product or service at a below-MAP price while representing White Label Suite-powered platform access as “free” when the practical effect of the offer is to publicly advertise White Label Suite platform access below MAP.

White Label Suite may evaluate the substance and practical effect of the entire offer when determining compliance.

9. White Label Products

This Policy applies regardless of whether the White Label Suite name or branding is visible to the end customer.

A Reseller's decision to change the:

  • Product name
  • Company name
  • Domain
  • Logo
  • Colors
  • User interface
  • Offer name
  • Package name
  • Marketing language
  • or other branding

does not exempt the product from MAP.

If a Reseller is providing access to White Label Suite technology covered by this Policy, MAP applies even if the end customer does not know that White Label Suite is the underlying technology or data provider.

10. Managed Services and Data Deliverables

This MAP Policy is intended to govern the public advertising of access to White Label Suite-powered software or platform functionality.

It does not establish a minimum advertised price for legitimate managed services or finished deliverables created using White Label Suite where the customer does not receive access to the White Label Suite-powered software platform.

For example, a Reseller may independently price legitimate services or deliverables such as:

  • Lead lists
  • Data exports
  • Prospect lists
  • Enriched records
  • Skip-traced data
  • Research reports
  • Managed lead-generation services
  • Done-for-you prospecting
  • Marketing services
  • Consulting
  • or similar finished services and deliverables

A Reseller may not use this exception as a means of disguising the sale of White Label Suite-powered software access below MAP.

White Label Suite may evaluate the actual substance of the offering when determining whether MAP applies.

11. Annual Plans

The minimum advertised price for an annual White Label Suite-powered subscription is $999 per year.

A Reseller may privately sell or discount an annual subscription below $999, subject to the private-pricing provisions of this Policy.

A Reseller may not publicly advertise an annual subscription below $999.

A Reseller may not use installment billing, promotional credits, free months, or another pricing structure for the purpose of publicly circumventing the annual MAP.

12. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Resellers may offer legitimate free trials or promotional access only when permitted by White Label Suite or otherwise consistent with the Reseller's applicable program terms.

A free trial or temporary promotional period may not be structured for the primary purpose of publicly circumventing MAP.

White Label Suite may authorize temporary company-wide promotions, launch promotions, holiday promotions, reseller campaigns, or other temporary exceptions to MAP.

Any White Label Suite-authorized exception may include specific dates, pricing, terms, products, or eligibility requirements.

13. Lifetime Access

Unless expressly authorized in writing by White Label Suite, a Reseller may not publicly advertise or sell lifetime access to White Label Suite-powered software, recurring data services, search functionality, or recurring platform functionality for a one-time fee.

This section does not prohibit legitimate one-time projects, exports, reports, consulting engagements, lead lists, or other finished deliverables that do not provide ongoing platform access.

14. Marketplaces, Deal Sites and Similar Promotions

A Reseller may not publicly offer below-MAP White Label Suite-powered platform access through:

  • Deal websites
  • Coupon websites
  • Lifetime deal platforms
  • Group-buy websites
  • Public marketplaces
  • Affiliate marketplaces
  • Groupon-style offers
  • App marketplace promotions

or substantially similar channels unless White Label Suite has provided prior written authorization.

15. Circumvention

Resellers may not structure an advertisement, promotion, bundle, discount, coupon, bonus, giveaway, or other offer for the primary purpose of circumventing this MAP Policy.

White Label Suite may evaluate the actual substance and practical effect of an offer rather than simply its wording or presentation.

Potential circumvention may include:

  • Advertising White Label Suite-powered platform access as a “free bonus” to a nominal purchase
  • Publishing a below-MAP coupon in a location accessible to the general public
  • Creating publicly accessible pages that are described as “private” but require no meaningful access restriction
  • Repeatedly creating new below-MAP advertisements after receiving notice
  • Using another product or service to artificially reduce the publicly advertised effective price of White Label Suite-powered platform access
  • or other arrangements reasonably determined to have been designed primarily to avoid MAP

16. Exceptions

White Label Suite may authorize exceptions to this MAP Policy.

Any exception must be expressly authorized by White Label Suite.

An exception granted to one Reseller does not create an obligation to grant the same exception to another Reseller.

White Label Suite may establish conditions, durations, pricing requirements, or other limitations for any exception.

17. Monitoring

White Label Suite may monitor publicly available websites, advertisements, social media, search results, marketplaces, communities, promotional materials, and other publicly available sources for compliance with this Policy.

Potential violations may also be reported to White Label Suite for review.

White Label Suite will independently determine whether a violation has occurred.

White Label Suite is not required to disclose complaints, investigations, evidence, or enforcement actions involving another Reseller.

18. Initial MAP Violation and 48-Hour Cure Period

If White Label Suite determines that a Reseller has publicly advertised a White Label Suite-powered product below MAP, White Label Suite may provide the Reseller with written notice identifying the suspected violation.

For an initial violation, White Label Suite will ordinarily provide the Reseller with forty-eight (48) hours from the time notice is sent to remove, correct, or otherwise bring the applicable advertisement into compliance.

If the violation is corrected during the applicable cure period, White Label Suite may consider the matter resolved.

The availability of an initial cure period does not create a right to repeated cure periods.

19. Repeated Violations

White Label Suite is not required to provide an additional forty-eight-hour cure period for subsequent or repeated violations.

Repeated violations may result in actions including:

  • Requiring immediate correction
  • Suspension of reseller privileges
  • Suspension of white-label privileges
  • Suspension of promotional privileges
  • Restriction from White Label Suite reseller programs
  • Suspension of access to certain White Label Suite services
  • Termination of authorization to resell White Label Suite
  • or termination of the applicable reseller relationship

20. Intentional Circumvention and Serious Violations

White Label Suite reserves the right to take immediate action without providing a cure period when White Label Suite reasonably determines that a violation is intentional, fraudulent, repeated, abusive, or deliberately designed to circumvent this Policy.

This may include immediate suspension or termination of reseller or white-label privileges where permitted by the applicable Reseller Agreement and applicable law.

Examples may include:

  • Repeatedly publishing below-MAP advertisements after receiving notice
  • Creating multiple replacement advertisements after earlier advertisements have been removed
  • Disguising publicly available pricing as a private offer
  • Knowingly publishing publicly accessible below-MAP coupon codes
  • Providing false or misleading information to White Label Suite concerning an alleged MAP violation
  • or engaging in other conduct reasonably determined to constitute deliberate circumvention

21. Enforcement Discretion

White Label Suite retains discretion, subject to applicable law and the applicable Reseller Agreement, to determine the appropriate response to a MAP violation based on its nature, severity, frequency, circumstances, and history.

Nothing in this Policy requires White Label Suite to follow a particular sequence of enforcement actions when circumstances warrant a different response.

White Label Suite may elect not to pursue a particular violation without waiving its ability to enforce this Policy in the future.

Failure to enforce this Policy in one circumstance does not constitute a waiver of this Policy.

22. Reseller Independence

Each Reseller operates as an independent business and is independently responsible for determining the final prices it charges customers.

This Policy establishes White Label Suite's requirements concerning the public advertising and promotion of White Label Suite-powered products within its authorized reseller ecosystem.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to require Resellers to agree with one another regarding pricing or to coordinate their pricing, customers, territories, or business activities.

23. Jurisdictional Limitations

This Policy applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Certain states, countries, provinces, territories, or other jurisdictions may impose restrictions concerning minimum advertised price policies or related pricing practices.

Where applicable law limits enforcement of any portion of this Policy, White Label Suite will enforce the Policy only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Resellers remain independently responsible for compliance with laws applicable to their own businesses and customers.

24. Changes to the MAP Policy

White Label Suite may modify this Policy or applicable MAP amounts from time to time.

Changes may be communicated through email, account notifications, reseller communications, the White Label Suite website, reseller portals, or other reasonable communication methods.

Unless otherwise stated, modifications become effective on the date specified in the applicable notice.

Resellers are responsible for maintaining compliance with the then-current version of the MAP Policy.

25. Questions and Promotional Approval

Questions concerning this Policy, requests for clarification, or requests for approval of a particular promotion should be directed to:

White Label Suite LLC

Email: [email protected]

Resellers are encouraged to request clarification before publishing an advertisement when they are uncertain whether the proposed promotion complies with this Policy.

Only written authorization from White Label Suite constitutes approval of a MAP exception or below-MAP public promotion.
