It finds prospects, enriches and verifies their contact details, and delivers them straight into your CRM, so you can automate the prospecting process for your business and your clients.

We build for agency owners first, especially HighLevel agencies that want a software revenue stream without hiring developers. Sales teams and recruiters use White Label Suite too, as do the businesses agencies serve, such as real estate, mortgage, home services, insurance, and e-commerce.

White Label Suite LLC is a Nevada company founded in 2021 and headquartered in Las Vegas. It is a sister company of Agency Support for HighLevel, the white-label support and onboarding team for HighLevel agencies. Dakota Routh is CEO of both companies.

No. Everything is set up from a simple dashboard: connect your domain, upload your logo, set your colors and pricing, and start onboarding clients. No development work is needed.

Yes. We run group onboarding sessions three times per week. Once you log in, you'll see the onboarding link at the top of the screen.

There's no user limit on any plan. You can add as many users as you want.

There are three plans:

• Starter: $97/month, or $83/month billed annually
• Pro: $297/month, or $199/month billed annually
• Unlimited: $497/month, or $399/month billed annually

Every plan includes all 8 lead search types, the AI Agent Builder and AI Tools, real-time data verification, CRM integrations, and 24/7 support. Higher plans add more sub-accounts, lower search rates, and (on Unlimited) the ability to mark up the leads you resell.

Your plan covers the platform. Once you're subscribed, you can log in and start searching right away. Searches, data lookups, skip tracing, and other usage-based features are paid from your account wallet. You only pay for a lead once we find their contact information (email or phone).

Wallet Funds are prepaid U.S. dollar funds in your account that pay for usage-based features like lead searches, data lookups, and skip tracing. You can add funds in bulk or turn on automatic top-up, and you can use them for your own account or any sub-account you control.

Wallet Funds are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They expire 12 months after purchase, and any remaining balance is forfeited if you cancel or close your account.

No. Exporting your data is always free.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from inside the software.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or our support portal. Cancel before your next billing cycle starts to avoid being charged for it. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you don't cancel before renewal, the next cycle is charged in full. Remember that any remaining Wallet Funds are forfeited when you cancel.

No. Because the service is digital and on-demand, all sales are final and we don't issue refunds. That includes partially used subscription periods, renewals you didn't cancel in time, and unused or expired Wallet Funds. If you have a billing problem, contact our support or billing team first. Opening a chargeback without contacting us is a breach of our Terms of Service.

We may pause your access until the payment goes through, and we may retry the charge. Keep your billing details up to date in your account to avoid interruptions.

Any change to your subscription price starts at your next billing cycle after the new pricing is posted. Rates for usage-based features can change once they're posted, and you're always charged the rate shown when you use a feature. If you don't accept a new subscription price, you can cancel before your next billing cycle.

White label means you can put your brand, your name, and your own domain on White Label Suite and resell it as your own. You can also resell the leads it generates.

No. The platform is fully white-labeled with your logo, your colors, and your domain. Your clients only see your brand.

A sub-account sits under your main agency account and is linked to a specific business. For example, if a client wants to generate their own leads and send them to their CRM, they get their own sub-account. Starter includes 3 sub-accounts; Pro and Unlimited include unlimited sub-accounts.

Every plan lets you resell leads. Starter and Pro resell leads with no markup. On the Unlimited plan, you get full markup and resell control: set your own price and keep 100% of the margin.

You set your own subscription tiers and bill your clients directly. You pay us for your plan plus the Wallet Funds you use. Advertised pricing must follow our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.

Yes. Resellers must follow our Terms of Service and MAP Policy. Your reseller license can't be transferred or sold, multi-tier reselling isn't allowed, and you can't bundle the license into another product, course, or coaching program without our written approval. You also need a written agreement and your own published refund and cancellation policy for your clients.

We support you, the account holder, with platform support, infrastructure, uptime, and updates. You own the relationship with your clients and handle their support. If you're a HighLevel agency, our sister company Agency Support for HighLevel can give your HighLevel clients 24/7 live chat support, onboarding, and Zoom help under your brand.

AI Tools give you access to the AI Assistant and let you build AI Agents inside White Label Suite. Both are included on every plan.

An AI Agent automates prospecting for you. You build it once and it runs on your schedule (daily or weekly). It finds your target leads, enriches them, and writes a summary of who they are and what they're looking for, plus a subject line and intro. Then it uses if/else rules to send each lead to your CRM, a cold email campaign, or any other connected tool.

Example: run a People Search every day, enrich and research the results, and send them to your CRM.

The AI Assistant has zero credit cost. It enriches a lead with information beyond basic contact details. You can also write custom prompts so it finds the specific details about a prospect that matter most to your business.

Yes. Any search type can run on a schedule as well as on demand. Autopilot keeps fresh leads coming without anyone at the keyboard.

White Label Suite integrates natively with HighLevel, Keap, Groove Funnels, and Sales Connector, plus Zapier. A built-in webhook lets you connect any other platform, so you can reach thousands of apps.

Yes. Data from White Label Suite may only be used for lawful marketing, lead generation, and outreach. You must follow applicable laws such as CAN-SPAM and the TCPA, along with do-not-call and privacy rules. You can't use the data for FCRA-regulated decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance underwriting, or tenant screening, or for harassment or any other unlawful purpose.

If you use Website Visitor identification, every site running the script needs a clear privacy policy, required consents, and cookie or tracking notices. The script can't be installed on sites directed to children under 13.

We verify available phone numbers and email addresses in real time so you can reach out with more confidence. However, no data source is perfect. Some data, such as buyer intent, is inferred or probabilistic, so we can't guarantee every record is complete or accurate.
